The department has a highly qualified teaching staff: 5 doctors of sciences, professors, 5 graduate students, 6 candidates of sciences, associate professors, who provide quality educational process in professional disciplines as a specialty 141 "Electric power, electrical engineering, electromechanics", and other technical specialties.

The department has laboratories with modern equipment, including:

- a car with a hybrid power plant TOYOTA PRIUS

- Hyundai ACCENT car

- Sens electric car

- complex of solar charging station for electric cars

- computer class with modern equipment for training in microcontroller programming, creative research and work on term papers and dissertations

The department constantly conducts extensive scientific and practical work, the results of which are regularly published in well-known professional publications both in Ukraine and abroad. The Department of Automotive Electronics has its own electronic scientific journal "Car and Electronics. Modern technologies ", which is included in the List of scientific professional publications of Ukraine of category" B ".

Students are involved in scientific work and participate in international conferences. The most talented students are invited to graduate school in the study of hybrid cars, electric cars and other relevant and interesting tasks. (for details, see the section "Scientific activity").

Our graduates (starting from senior courses) successfully work at the industrial enterprises and firms, in the design, design and research organizations, service centers, educational institutions of various levels, open the firms on repair, service and sale of accessories and knots of cars. .
