The History of Creation

«KhADI-23e»  was built under the guidance of  Yu. K.  Stebchenko,  and  it  is a development of the idea on which «KhADI-21e» was based.

The changes affected the aerodynamics – the new fiberglass fairings covering the wheels of the car were made; the designers abandoned the use of the rear anti-wing; the steering was also changed.

Yu. K. Stebchenko took part in the races on the breaking of the USSR speed record in 1984 on «KhADI-23e». As a result, the car confirmed the previous year's achievements of its predecessor, «KhADI-21e».
